Refunds for Goods

  • General Return Window: We accept returns for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase. This applies to all unused and undamaged products. Shipping prices paid will not be refunded, only the product cost that was paid will be refunded. 
  • Conditions for Return:
    • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation emails or receipt.
    • The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and manuals attached.
    • The product(s) must be unused and undamaged.
  • Return Process:

    • We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on where to send the returned item(s).
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, incorrect color or damaged product).
  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
    • You will receive a notification email confirming the refund.
